The online consultation is provided on the understanding that your company will use Zoom or other online platforms at its own responsibility. We are unable to provide any advice regarding how to use Zoom or similar services, and our office shall not be liable for any information leaks or other issues arising from the Zoom system or any other online platform.
If you have concerns about using Zoom or similar tools, please consider having the consultation at our office meeting room instead.
If the online consultation cannot be conducted due to circumstances on your side, the consultation fee cannot be refunded. However, a telephone consultation may be provided within the originally reserved time slot.
